Welcome to Mallory’s Gem Drop ✨
After making your first claim during a live, please add your preferred bag status to your cart and complete checkout. This checkout collects the information needed to set up your new customer account.
Shipping must be paid before continuing to shop.
Once checkout is complete, return to the live and let us know. We will then email your invoice (check spam folder), which will be updated throughout the live as you make additional claims.
All claims must be paid by the end of the live.
We reserve the right to consider claimed items forfeited if:
- Your final invoice is not paid by the end of the live, or
- You have not contacted us regarding checkout/payment issues

How New Customer Shipping Works
🛍 Bag Closings
All bags close each Friday after the live.
📦 Shipping Timeline
Orders are processed over the weekend and shipped on Monday
(Tuesday during holiday weeks).
🔄 Choose Your Option at Checkout
$8 – Ship
Your bag will close this Friday and ship on Monday.
$8 – Hold
Your bag will remain open for one additional week and will close the following Friday.
💡 Holding your bag allows you to combine more items and maximize your shipping.
Important New Customer Policy
New customers pay shipping upfront as a nonrefundable deposit.
If you choose not to shop after checkout, this fee is retained for time and services.
If a purchase is completed, the full $8 is applied to your first bag to cover shipping.
