Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

All jewelry is sold “as-is.” Slight variations, imperfections, or signs of wear may occur, especially on pre-owned or untagged pieces. Color differences due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects and are not grounds for return.

If a refund is issued due to overpayment or forfeited claims, the customer is responsible for all processing fees on both the original payment and the refund.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once tracking confirms shipment or delivery. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. All packages include insurance up to $100 provided by the carrier. Additional insurance is available upon request and will be billed if it exceeds the flat-rate shipping fee.

Refusal to pay for required shipping will result in forfeiture and a partial refund, minus processing fees.
