REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All purchases made from Mallory’s Gem Drop through TikTok Shop are subject to TikTok Shop’s current Return, Refund, and Buyer Protection policies.
Items purchased through an auction are sold through a competitive bidding process. Customers are encouraged to carefully review listings and ask questions before placing bids, as winning bids constitute an agreement to purchase the item.
AUCTION PURCHASES
By placing a bid during a TikTok Shop auction, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Bids are intentional and binding.
- Winning bids constitute an agreement to purchase the item.
- Failure to complete a purchase may negatively affect your TikTok Shop account and future participation.
ITEM DESCRIPTIONS
Mallory’s Gem Drop strives to accurately represent all items through photos, videos, livestreams, and written descriptions.
Due to variations in lighting, monitors, cameras, and device settings, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on screen.
Jewelry may include new, revealed, destashed, boutique, vintage, collectible, or pre-owned items as disclosed in the listing.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please submit a return or refund request directly through TikTok Shop and provide all requested supporting documentation.
BUYER REMORSE
Returns or refunds based solely on personal preference, change of mind, sizing preference, color preference, or misunderstanding of a listing may not qualify for return or refund under TikTok Shop policies.
RETURN PROCESS
All return and refund requests must be initiated through TikTok Shop.
Mallory’s Gem Drop cannot process refunds outside of TikTok Shop for orders placed through TikTok Shop.
CHARGEBACKS
Customers agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns through TikTok Shop’s support and dispute resolution systems before initiating a chargeback through their financial institution.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested with supporting documentation, including auction records, order records, delivery confirmation, and communication history.
