AUCTION TERMS

Mallory’s Gem Drop primarily sells products through TikTok Shop auctions and marketplace listings.

By placing a bid during an auction, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your bid is intentional and legally binding.
  • Winning an auction creates an obligation to purchase the item.
  • All bids should be placed carefully and only after reviewing the listing information.
  • Failure to complete purchases may result in restrictions imposed by TikTok Shop and/or Mallory’s Gem Drop.

AUCTION RULES

To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants, the following rules apply to all auctions conducted by Mallory’s Gem Drop:

  • Bids may not be retracted once placed except as permitted by TikTok Shop.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing item descriptions, photos, videos, and livestream demonstrations before bidding.
  • Questions regarding an item should be asked prior to placing a bid.
  • Winning bidders are expected to complete payment through TikTok Shop in accordance with TikTok Shop’s policies and timelines.
  • Failure to complete purchases, repeated order cancellations, or abusive bidding practices may result in participation restrictions or permanent removal from future auctions.
  • Mallory’s Gem Drop reserves the right to remove, block, or restrict participants who engage in disruptive behavior, harassment, fraudulent activity, auction manipulation, or violations of these Terms.
  • Auction listings may include new, revealed, destashed, boutique, vintage, collectible, or pre-owned jewelry and accessories. Item condition will be disclosed to the best of our ability.
  • Colors and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, camera settings, livestream quality, and individual device displays.
  • In the event of a technical malfunction, platform outage, listing error, pricing error, bidding error, or other circumstance beyond our control, Mallory’s Gem Drop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, relist, or void an auction and any resulting transaction.
  • Mallory’s Gem Drop reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for fraudulent activity, abuse of refund systems, chargeback abuse, threats, harassment, or conduct that negatively impacts the business or community.

Mallory’s Gem Drop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate auctions at any time due to technical issues, listing errors, suspected fraud, platform issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe and display our products.

However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, photographs, livestream images, videos, colors, or other content will be completely accurate, current, or error-free.

Colors may appear differently depending on lighting conditions and device settings.

JEWELRY CONDITION

Items sold by Mallory’s Gem Drop may include:

  • New items
  • Revealed items
  • Destashed items
  • Boutique items
  • Vintage items
  • Collectible items
  • Pre-owned items

Any known defects or significant condition concerns will be disclosed whenever reasonably possible.

Normal manufacturing variations, minor imperfections, packaging differences, and wear consistent with disclosed condition do not constitute defects.

PRICING

Prices, auction starting amounts, and promotional offers may change at any time without notice.

In the event of a pricing error, Mallory’s Gem Drop reserves the right to cancel affected transactions.

PAYMENT

All payments are processed through approved payment methods provided by TikTok Shop and related platforms.

Mallory’s Gem Drop does not collect or store full payment card information.

Customers agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Processing times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, holidays, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery timing becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and applicable TikTok Shop policies.

Customers must initiate return and refund requests through TikTok Shop when purchases are made through TikTok Shop.

Mallory’s Gem Drop reserves the right to block, restrict, or terminate access to individuals who violate these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content associated with Mallory’s Gem Drop, including logos, branding, images, graphics, videos, livestream recordings, product descriptions, text, and marketing materials, is protected by intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

USER GENERATED CONTENT

By submitting reviews, comments, photographs, videos, or other content to Mallory’s Gem Drop, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute such content for business and marketing purposes.
