Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Mallory’s Gem Drop is an independent jewelry destashing business offering new and pre-owned Bomb Party and boutique-style jewelry at discounted prices. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

 


 

2. Eligibility

By shopping with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

 


 

3. Claiming & Payment

We are not responsible for how or when comments appear during TikTok Lives. Claim priority is determined by the host’s screen.

New customers are required to:

  • Pay for their first claim and $6-$8 flat-rate shipping immediately to open a bag (NON-REFUNDABLE IF CLAIMS GO UNPAID)

  • Complete the Customer Info Form located in Linktree

All claims must be paid within 24 hours. Unpaid items will be forfeited and returned to inventory. Customers with past forfeits may be required to prepay or may be blocked at our discretion.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

 


 

4. Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping within the U.S. (subject to change). International shipping is available at the customer’s expense and calculated individually.

Orders ship weekly according to our posted live schedule. Customers may request their bag be held, but we reserve the right to ship once a bag is full.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages after they leave our hands. Insurance is provided by the carrier up to $100. If a customer requests additional coverage, they are responsible for the cost if it exceeds the flat-rate shipping fee.

 


 

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

All jewelry is sold “as-is.” Slight variations, imperfections, or signs of wear may occur, especially on pre-owned or untagged pieces. Color differences due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects and are not grounds for return.

If a refund is issued due to overpayment or forfeited claims, the customer is responsible for all processing fees on both the original payment and the refund.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once tracking confirms shipment or delivery. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. All packages include insurance up to $100 provided by the carrier. Additional insurance is available upon request and will be billed if it exceeds the flat-rate shipping fee.

Refusal to pay for required shipping will result in forfeiture and a partial refund, minus processing fees.

 


 

6. Jewelry Condition

Most items are new and unworn, though some may be gently used or untagged. All pieces are sold “as-is” and described as accurately as possible. Color may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.

 


 

7. Live Sales & Games

Claims made during TikTok Live (e.g., “Claim 27”) are considered final and binding. Items must be paid for within 24 hours.

We reserve the right to ban or block users who fail to pay or who abuse the platform.

Waffle entries must be paid before the drawing. Unpaid entries will not be included. Waffle payments are nonrefundable.

 


 

8. TikTok Subscriptions (ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2025)

We offer exclusive perks to our TikTok subscribers:

  • All subscribers receive one free shipping credit per month

  • Opal and Diamond tier subscribers receive one free waffle entry per month

  • Diamond tier subscribers also receive one free OG necklace or OG earring per month from a curated selection

  • Rewards and prizes do not roll over and must be redeemed before the end of each month

Subscription perks are subject to change and may vary by tier.

 


 

9. Participation Policy

We strive to create a fun, inclusive, and safe space where everyone is welcome. Spamming, bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Offenders will be reported and blocked immediately without warning.
