Shipping Policy — Mallory’s Gem Drop

Once a customer’s bag is closed, orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. Tracking information will be emailed as soon as the shipping label is created.

We are a small, independently run business. Processing times may vary based on order volume, live-sale events, holidays, and scheduling.

Shipping Rates & Options

We offer flat-rate shipping within the U.S.(subject to change).

International shipping is available at the customer’s expense and is calculated individually.

Orders ship weekly according to our posted live schedule. Customers may request their bag be held to maximize shipping, but we reserve the right to ship once a bag is full.

Carrier Responsibility & Insurance

Mallory’s Gem Drop is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the carrier.

Carriers provide insurance up to $100 automatically.

If a customer wishes to purchase additional insurance, they may request it, and any cost exceeding the flat-rate shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility.

Repeated messages across multiple platforms may delay our ability to respond promptly. Please allow the full 3–7 business day processing window before requesting an update on your order.
