All purchases are processed through TikTok Shop and shipped in accordance with TikTok Shop’s shipping requirements and applicable carrier guidelines.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following successful payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during holidays, severe weather events, high-volume sales periods, or circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING METHODS

Orders may be shipped using carriers selected through TikTok Shop’s shipping services or other approved shipping providers.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking information will be provided through TikTok Shop once a shipping label has been generated and the order has been processed for shipment.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery dates are provided by TikTok Shop and/or the shipping carrier for informational purposes only. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Mallory’s Gem Drop is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, transportation interruptions, labor disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Mallory’s Gem Drop is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
