– Claims will be made during my first live after the shipment arrives.

– You’ll get to choose your Jewel Candy from my live inventory in the order payments were received during preorder.

– Each preorder guarantees you one item of your chosen type (bracelet and/or necklace) from the Holiday Jewel Candy collection. Do not purchase more than one item each please.

🚨 Terms & Conditions:

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that you are committing to purchase from a selection of jewelry that has been opened and previewed by Mallory’s Gem Drop prior to the live, but will not be shown publicly until the live event.

If, after viewing the available selection during the live, you decide not to claim any of the Jewel Candy pieces, your preorder payment will be refunded as store credit.

Store credit may be applied toward claims made during that same live or any future live event.

🔹 All unpaid claims must be paid in full before placing a preorder.

🔹 If a preorder is placed while unpaid claims are outstanding, the preorder will be cancelled.

🔹 Any refund will first be applied toward unpaid claims, and any remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
